A potential employer essentially gave me the cold shoulder the past two days when it came to the status of my application.

My need for a reskill grew to the point I finally decided it was time I got one. Previously I attempted to log into the website but it wouldn't recognise my username, no biggie, I'll create a dummy account and ask somebody to hold onto it till I get back on my main account.

So today I go to the website, to buy something for the first time. I log in using my dummy account. Fill in the billing address. And it tells me to enter a valid city. W. T. F. It IS valid dammit, ok, it's not a city, it's a town, BUT I LIVE THERE AND THAT'S THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS.

Well thanks to Aeonsoft's crappyness they have just lost a customer. And all I want to do is give them my money just so I can rearrange a bunch of numbers, is that too much to ask?

... I've considered complaining to them about this, THEIR SERVICE SUCKS.

Here's my story:

Wanted to buy gpots. Paypal wouldn't let me put my billing address for the address used. I used my credit card instead. They said they'd take a few hours. Its been almost a day.

Galanet and Aeonsoft fail AGAIN!
